For those of you using BI Publisher (BIP), the BI Bundle Patch 11.1.1.7.160719 containing patch 23299563 has been released. However note that this is not to be applied to the BI Publisher that is installed by Enterprise Manager. One more point I would like to make here is that if you use BIP with Enterprise Manager to draw information from target databases, then you would need to purchase the BIP license for the target server. This does not apply if you only use the Enterprise Manager repository for drawing information by BIP.
